`I am counsel to Complainant Wirtgen America, Inc. (“Wirtgen America”) in the above-
`captioned proceeding. Pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Protective Order (Order No. 1), I have read
`Order No. 1 and in accordance with that order, hereby agree:

`not to reveal confidential business information supplied to me in accordance with

`the provisions of paragraph 2 of the Protective Order to anyone other than another person
