`Granting Petitioner’s Unopposed Motion for
`Pro Hac Vice Admission of Michael R. Annis
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10

`1 Patent Owner informs us that its name has been legally changed from SCA
`Tissue North America, LLC, the originally-named Patent Owner in this
`proceeding, to Essity Professional Hygiene North America LLC. Paper 10.

`Petitioner filed a motion for pro hac vice admission of Michael R.
`Annis (Paper 19), as well as a supporting declaration from Mr. Annis
`(Exhibit 1040). Petitioner represents that Patent Owner does not oppose the
`motion. Paper 19, 4.
`Having reviewed the Motion and supporting Declaration, we
`determine that good cause exists for granting admission pro hac vice to
`Mr. Annis.
`According, it is:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion for pro hac vice admission of Mr.
`Annis is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Annis is authorized to represent
`Petitioner only as back-up counsel in the instant proceeding and Petitioner is
`to continue to have a registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel in
`the instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Annis is to comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Annis is to be subject to the Office’s
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the USPTO Rules
`of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et. seq.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall submit, within seven (7)
`business days of this Order, a Power of Attorney in accordance with
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b), and an updated mandatory notice identifying Mr.
`Annis as back-up counsel in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3).
