`Dear Patent Trial and Appeal Board:

`On November 7, 2018, the parties entered into, and executed, a Settlement Agreement that
`resolves all disputes between the parties relating to IPR2018-00015, IPR2018-00030, and IPR2018-
`00031. As part of that settlement, the parties are required to seek termination of IPR2018-00015,
`IPR2018-00030, and IPR2018-00031.

`Therefore, the parties hereby jointly request authorization from the Board to file the following in
`each of the above Inter Partes Review proceedings: (1) a Joint Motion to Terminate Proceeding
`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317 and 37 C.F.R. §§42.72 and 42.74, and (2) a Joint Request to File
`Settlement Agreement as Business Confidential Information Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. §317(b) and 37
`C.F.R. §42.74(c).
`
`For the Board’s information, Petitioners’ Reply to Patent Owner’s Response (Due Date 2) in all three
`matters was not due until November 13, and pursuant to the settlement agreement, no reply will be
`filed in any of the IPRs.
`
