`
`The hearing for these proceedings was previously scheduled for January 14,
`2019. See IPR2018-00082, Paper 36; IPR2018-00084, Paper 35. During a
`conference call with the Board on January 10, 2019, the parties in IPR2018-00084
`waived oral hearing in view of a settlement agreement between the parties and an
`impending joint motion to terminate, which we authorized on the call and which
`the parties filed on January 11, 2019.
`Due to inclement weather in Alexandria, VA on January 14, 2019, the
`hearing for IPR2018-00082 was cancelled. In a conference call with the panel and
`counsel for the parties, it was agreed to re-schedule the hearing for Thursday,
`January 24, 2019 at 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Furthermore, to
`accommodate scheduling of hearing rooms at the Patent Office and to reduce travel
`time and costs for the parties and the panel, it was agreed to conduct the hearing as
`a telephonic hearing in which all parties will dial into the hearing. The parties and
`the panel will dial “+1-571-273-0000” and, when prompted, enter meeting number
`“22983#” and attendee access code “839441477#.”
`The Board will provide a court reporter for the hearing, and the reporter’s
`transcript will constitute the official record of the hearing. The reporter’s transcript
`will be entered in the record of the proceeding for IPR2018-00082.
