`Gilead Pharmasset LLC (“Patent Owner”) requests authorization to
`
`file a Corrected Patent Owner Preliminary Response to add page numbers
`
`that were not included in the Table of Contents of its original filing. See
`
`Ex. 3001 (E-mail correspondence from Patent Owner, dated
`
`March 29, 2018). Patent Owner informs us that Initiative for Medicines,
`
`Access & Knowledge (I-MAK), Inc. (“Petitioner”) does not object to the
`
`requested filing. Id.
`
`Based upon our review of the Table of Contents in the Patent Owner
`
`Preliminary Response, we note one missing page number. See Paper 6, i
`
`(indicating “Error …” instead of a page number for “VII. Ground One….”
`
`Patent Owner is authorized to correct that item.
`

`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to file, on or before
`
`April 6, 2018, a Corrected Patent Owner Preliminary Response to add the
`
`above-mentioned page number to the Table of Contents;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall modify the paper title
`
`and header on each page of the filing to include the term “Corrected”;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that no other changes, corrections, or
`
`additions to the Patent Owner Preliminary Response are authorized in the
`
`Corrected Patent Owner Preliminary Response; and
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Patent Owner shall file a
`
`certification stating that the Corrected Patent Owner Preliminary Response
`
`contains only the changes authorized in this Order.
