`Having considered Patent Owner’s unopposed1 Motions for Pro Hac
`Vice Admission of Kenneth G. Parker and Jason T. Lao (Papers 6 and 8);
`Petitioner’s unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Matthew D.
`Robson (Paper 7); and the Declarations of Mr. Parker (Ex. 2001), Mr. Lao
`(Ex. 2002), and Mr. Robson (Ex. 1029), filed in support, it is:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s unopposed Motions for Pro Hac Vice
`Admission of Kenneth G. Parker and Jason T. Lao are granted; Mr. Parker
`and Mr. Lao are authorized to represent Patent Owner only as back-up
`counsel in the above-captioned proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner’s unopposed Motion for Pro
`Hac Vice Admission of Matthew D. Robson is granted; Mr. Robson is
`authorized to represent Petitioner only as back-up counsel in the above-
`captioned proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner and Petitioner shall
`continue to have a registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the
`above-captioned proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Parker, Mr. Lao, and Mr. Robson
`shall comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s
`Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of
`Federal Regulations; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Parker, Mr. Lao, and Mr. Robson are
`subject to the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a),
