`Granting Patent Owner’s Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10

`1 This Decision addresses issues that are the same in the above-identified
`proceedings. We exercise our discretion to issue one Decision to be entered
`in each proceeding. The parties may use this style heading only if the paper
`includes a certification that the identical paper is being filed in each listed
`proceeding.

`After receiving our authorization to do so, Patent Owner filed Motions
`requesting withdrawal of lead counsel, Aakash Parekh, and substitution of
`Benjamin R. Johnson for Mr. Parekh as lead counsel in the above-identified
`proceedings (“Motions”). Paper 50.2 Patent Owner represents that
`Petitioner does not oppose the Motions. Motion 2.
`The Motions are granted.
`

`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motions to withdraw Aakash Parekh
`as counsel in each of the above-identified proceedings are granted; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Benjamin R. Johnson is recognized as
`lead counsel for Patent Owner in each above-identified proceedings,
`effective as of the date of this Order.
