`As authorized in the Notice of Filing Date Accorded to Petition
`
`(Paper 3), Patent Owner, Uniloc 2017 LLC, moves for admission pro hac
`
`vice of Mr. Travis Richins (Paper 17, “Motion”). Patent Owner also filed a
`
`Declaration of Travis Richins in Support of the Motion for Pro Hac Vice
`
`Admission. Ex. 2002. The Motion states that Petitioner does not oppose.
`
`Motion 2. Upon review of the Motion and supporting Declaration, we
`
`determine Patent Owner has shown good cause to admit Mr. Richins pro hac
`
`vice. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c); see also IPR2013-00639, Paper 7 (setting
`
`forth requirements for pro hac vice admission). Accordingly, the Motion is
`
`granted.
`
`We note that a Power of Attorney has not been submitted for Mr.
`
`Richins. Accordingly, Patent Owner must submit a Power of Attorney for
`
`Mr. Richins in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b). Patent Owner must
`
`also update its mandatory notice as required by 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3).
`
`It is
`
`ORDERED that the Motion seeking admission pro hac vice for Travis
`
`Richins is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner must file, within seven (7)
`
`business days of the date of this order, a Power of Attorney for Travis
`
`Richins in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b);
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Travis Richins is authorized to represent
`
`Patent Owner as backup counsel only in this proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that a registered practitioner must remain as
`
`lead counsel throughout the proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner must file, within seven (7)
`
`business days of the date of this order, updated mandatory notices
`

`identifying Travis Richins as back-up counsel in accordance with 37 C.F.R.

`FURTHER ORDERED that Travis Richins is to be subject to the

`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the

`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et.
