`Petitioner, Envirologix Inc. (“Envirologix” or “Petitioner”), hereby requests

`a refund of its post-institution fees in the amount of $14,000 deposited in the above
`
`matter on December 29, 2017 for the foregoing reasons:
`

`Petitioners filed their Petition for Inter Partes Review on December
`
`29, 2017 in the above matter. At that time, Petitioners deposited with the PTAB the
`
`inter partes review request and post-institution fees in the total amount of $23,000.
`
`The fees were charged to Greenberg Traurig LLP’s deposit account number 50-
`
`2678.
`
`2. On July 30, 2018, the PTAB denied institution of Petitioners’ Petition
`
`for Inter Partes Review (Paper No. 12).
`
`For the foregoing reasons, Petitioner requests reimbursement of the post-
`
`institution fees of $14,000.
`
