`Patent Owner filed a paper entitled “PATENT OWNER’S NOTICE

`OF SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORITY” in each of IPR2018-00727 (“727

`IPR”), IPR2018-00758 (“758 IPR”), IPR2018-00782 (“782 IPR”), IPR2018-
`
`01007 (“1007 IPR”), and IPR2018-01121 (“1121 IPR”). 727 IPR, Paper 6;
`
`758 IPR, Paper 6; 782 IPR, Paper 6; 1007 IPR, Paper 6; 1121 IPR Paper 6.

`In each paper, Patent Owner cites a recent routine decision of a PTAB panel

`as the basis for presenting a new argument urging the Board to exercise its
`
`discretion to deny institution of inter partes review. See 727 IPR, Paper 6;

`758 IPR, Paper 6; 782 IPR, Paper 6; 1007 IPR, Paper 6; 1121 IPR Paper 6.

`Patent Owner did not seek, nor receive, authorization to file these

`papers. The Board may expunge any paper that is not authorized under
