`On May 25, 2018, Petitioner filed a motion requesting authorization
`for its current lead counsel, Peter J. Cuomo, and the attorneys from Mintz,
`Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo LLP to withdraw from this
`proceeding. Paper 11. Petitioner further requests the substitution of Carol
`Pitzel Cruz (Reg. No. 61,224) from Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, LLP as
`lead counsel in this proceeding, and additional counsel from Knobbe as
`back-up counsel. Id. Patent Owner does not oppose Petitioner’s motion.
`Concurrent with its motion, Petitioner filed a Power of Attorney
`appointing practitioners at Knobbe, as additional attorneys to transact
`business before the Board. Paper 8. Petitioner also filed a Supplemental
`Mandatory Notice withdrawing Mr. Cuomo and replacing him with Ms.
`Cruz as lead counsel. Paper 9.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion to withdraw Peter J. Cuomo and
`to substitute Carol Pitzel Cruz as lead counsel is granted.
