`Petitioners Johns Manville Corporation and Johns Manville, Inc.
`
`(collectively “Petitioners”) request a refund of post-institution fees in the amount
`
`of $15,000.00.
`
`On March 20, 2018, Petitioners filed a Petition for Inter Partes review of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 9,469,747. As required by 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a), Petitioners
`
`deposited $30,500.00 with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) at the
`
`time of filing the Petition to cover associated fees. Petitioners’ payment consisted
`
`of $15,500.00 in fees associated with the request for Inter Partes review, and a
`
`further $15,000.00 in post-institution fees.
`
`On October 3, 2018, the Board issued an Order terminating the present
`
`proceeding. (Paper 10.) Inter Partes review was not instituted. Accordingly,
`
`Petitioners request a refund of the post-institution fees paid to the USPTO in
`
`connection with this proceeding, totaling $15,000.00, to be paid to deposit account
`
`number 20-1430 (referencing Attorney Docket No. 084238-1078032).
`
