`I. Background of the Forum In 2014, Foxconn removed millions of robots due to its inability to meet the
`precision requirements of Apple's mobile phones, causing an uproar. The adoption of robots in Apple's mobile
`phones is a milestone in the intelligent manufacturing of mobile phones. With the growing maturity of robots, there
`will be more and more cases of robotic operations in the mobile phone industry.
`The data shows that in 2014, mobile phone manufacturers such as Apple and Xiaomi all adopted robot
`production lines, but sporadic models of duplicity have become forests. From the current point of view, the large-
`scale application of robots in mobile phone production lines may have to wait until 2016. Compared with other
`smart manufacturing applications, mobile phones have a higher degree of refinement in robot production and
`therefore have a longer development cycle. It is still not clear whether the robot can be used on a large scale in the
`mobile phone industry.
`How will the robots disrupt the mobile terminal industry in 2015? Can it become a standard for mobile
`terminals? Can it quickly enter the mobile phone industry?

`一、论坛背景2014年，因不能满足苹果手机的精密度要求，富士康撤掉百万机器人计划，引起轩然大波。苹果手机采
`用机器人，是手机智能化制造的一个里程碑，随着机器人的日益成熟，手机行业采用机器人作业的案例将越来越多。
`数据显示，2014年苹果、小米等手机厂商纷纷采用机器人生产线，然而零星的机型独木难已成林。从目前来看，机器
`人在手机生产线的大规模应用可能要等到2016年，相对于其他智能制造应用，手机对机器人生产的精细化要求程度更高，
`因而开发周期也更长。机器人在手机行业能否大规模应用，目前依旧不是很明朗。
