`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), and as authorized by the Board via e-mail

`dated June 5, 2018, current lead and back-up counsel for Petitioner, ZSCALER,
`
`INC., hereby move to withdraw as counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding.
`
`Patent Owner does not oppose this motion.
`
`Petitioner wishes for new counsel, Jeremy Jason Lang (Reg. No. 73,604) to
`
`be designated as lead counsel and Don Daybell (Reg. No. 50,877) to be designated
`
`as back-up counsel and represent Petitioner going forward in this proceeding.
`
`Petitioner’s new counsel are registered practitioners, and thus meet the
`
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. §42.10(c).
`
`No extensions of time will be needed on grant of this motion. Additionally,
`
`granting this motion will not hinder the economy, the integrity of the patent
`
`system, the efficient administration of the Office, or the ability of the Office to
`
`timely complete this proceeding. See 35 U.S.C. § 316(b).
`
`Upon grant of Petitioner’s motion, new counsel for Petitioner will promptly
`
`file updated mandatory notices and a new power of attorney, reflecting the change
`
`in counsel.
