`
`
`Having reviewed Petitioner’s unopposed motion to withdraw as
`counsel and substitute new counsel (Paper 8,2 “Motion”), the Motion is
`granted.
`We note that, prior to filing the Motion, Petitioner had filed a motion
`for pro hac vice admission of Mr. Jared Bobrow. Paper 3 (“PHV Motion”).
`We understand the current Motion to supersede the PHV Motion, rendering
`the PHV Motion moot. Accordingly, we dismiss the PHV motion as moot.
`To the extent Petitioner desires admission of Mr. Bobrow, Petitioner must
`refile a motion for his admission.
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that Adrian C. Percer and Robert Stephen Magee are
`authorized to withdraw as counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Jeremy Jason Lang (Reg. No. 73,604) is
`authorized to represent Petitioner in this proceeding as lead counsel and that
`Don Daybell (Reg. No. 50,877) is authorized to represent Petitioner in this
`proceeding as back-up counsel;
`FURTHER ORDERED that, within ten (10) days of the date hereof,
`Petitioner shall file updated mandatory notices and a power of attorney
`designating the new counsel pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §§ 42.8 and 42.10; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the PHV Motion for admission of
`Mr. Jared Bobrow is dismissed as moot.
