`Petitioner filed, upon our authorization, an Unopposed Motion for
`Protective Order (Paper 13, “Motion” or “Mot.”), requesting entry of a
`proposed Protective Order (Ex. 1025). Petitioner indicates that Patent
`Owner does not oppose the entry of the proposed Protective Order. Mot. 1.
`Upon review of the Motion, we determine that Petitioner has
`identified sufficiently how the proposed Protective Order departs from the
`Board’s default protective order set forth in the Office Patent Trial Practice
`Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756, 48769–71 (Aug. 14, 2012). Paper 13, 1–5;
`Ex. 1026 (comparing the proposed Protective Order to the Board’s default
`protective order). Upon further review of the proposed Protective Order, we
`find that Petitioner has shown sufficiently good cause for the proposed
`modifications from the Board’s default protective order and that the
`proposed Protective Order is warranted.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Unopposed Motion for Protective Order
`is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Protective Order (Ex. 1025)
`submitted by Petitioner is hereby entered; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Protective Order (Ex. 1025) shall
`govern the conduct of the proceeding unless otherwise modified by the
`Board.
