`Patent Owner, Zaxcom, Inc., via email, indicated an intention to file a
`motion to amend and requested an extension of the page limit for that
`motion by five (5) pages. Patent Owner indicated that an extension of the
`page limit is needed due to the number of references relied upon in the
`Petition. We grant Patent Owner’s request and extend the page limit for
`Patent Owner’s motion to amend by five (5) pages. Accordingly, Patent
`Owner’s motion to amend should not exceed thirty (30) pages. See 37

`C.F.R. § 42.24(a)(vi). We similarly extend Petitioner’s opposition to Patent
`Owner’s motion to amend by five (5) pages. Accordingly, Petitioner’s
`opposition to Patent Owner’s motion to amend should not exceed thirty (30)
`pages. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.24(b)(3). The due dates for Patent Owner’s
`motion to amend and Petitioner’s opposition to Patent Owner’s motion to
`amend remain as outlined in the Scheduling Order.

`It is:
`ORDERED that the page limit for Patent Owner’s motion to amend is
`extended by five (5) pages, and shall not exceed thirty (30) pages; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the page limit for Petitioner’s opposition
`to Patent Owner’s motion to amend is extended by five (5) pages, and shall
`not exceed thirty (30) pages in length.
