`1. I am an Associate at the law firm of Meagher Emanuel Laks Goldberg and Liao, LLP.

`I am over the age of eighteen (18) years of age and otherwise competent to make this

`Declaration. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth in this Declaration and

`am competent to testify to the same.

`2. I provide this Declaration in connection with the above-identified Inter Partes

`Review.

`3. I am a practicing attorney and am a member in good standing of the Bars of the State

`of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
