`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b), and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), Petitioner Hyundai
`
`Motor Company and Patent Owner Michigan Motor Technologies LLC (collectively the
`
`“Parties”) jointly request that the Parties’ written agreement, attached as Exhibit 1010, (a)
`
`be treated as business confidential information, (b) be kept separate from the file of the
`
`involved patent, and (c) be made available only as permitted pursuant to the provisions of
`
`35 C.F.R. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c). This joint request is filed contemporaneous
`
`with the Parties' written agreement (Exhibit 1010) and the Parties’ Joint Motion to
`
`Terminate Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 7,143,501, Case No. IPR2018-01077.
