`• Whether claims 2, 3, and 17 of U.S. Patent No. 9,535,490 are

`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Heinrich,

`Balasubramanian, and Tsai.

`Reply to any arguments raised in the Patent Owner’s Response and
