`Petitioner hereby respectfully seeks authorization to file the attached unopposed
`Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Lead counsel within the above-referenced IPR. To
`this end, current lead counsel (Don McPhail) is no longer with our law firm, and our
`client has requested that we replace him as counsel of record in favor of another
`practitioner. Please note that prior to seeking this authorization, Petitioner contacted
`and conferred with counsel for the Patent Owner, whereby it was affirmatively
`confirmed that this motion would not be opposed.
