`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner Qualcomm Incorporated

`(“Qualcomm”) hereby provides notice that Qualcomm will cross-examine Bill Lin,
`
`Ph.D., witness of Intel Corporation.
`
`
`
`Cross-examination will be taken by oral examination before a notary public
`
`or other officer duly authorized to administer oaths. The cross-examination will be
`
`stenographically recorded.
`
`
`
`The cross-examination of Dr. Lin will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday,
`
`May 21, 2019. It will take place at the law offices of Jones Day, located at 4655
`
`Executive Drive, Suite 1500, San Diego, California 92121. The deposition will be
`
`limited in duration to seven hours for cross-examination, four hours for redirect
`
`examination, and two hours for re-cross examination. The parties have agreed
`
`upon the location, date, and time for the cross-examination of Dr. Lin.
`
