`1. The correct construction of the claim term “system memory;”
`
`2. The correct construction of the claim term “image header;”
`
`3. The correct construction of the claim term “hardware buffer;”
`
`4. The correct construction of the claim term “scatter loader controller;”
`
`5. The correct construction of the means-plus-function terms recited in
`
`claim 16;
`
`6. Why claims 1-15, 22, and 23 are not obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over
`
`Bauer, Svensson, and Kim;
`
`7. Why claims 16 and 17 are not obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Bauer,
`
`Svensson, Kim, and Zhao;
`
`8. Why claims 18-21 are not obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Bauer,
`
`Svensson, Kim, and Lim; and
`
`9. Any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification, or which the
`
`Board deems necessary for issuing a final written decision.
