`Scheduling Order (Paper 11), Petitioner respectfully requests oral argument for the

`trial currently scheduled on December 12, 2019.

`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:

`Issues related to the Board’s Decisions on Institution (IPR2018-01334
`
`at Paper 10; -01335 at Paper 10; -01336 at Paper 10) and the grounds Instituted.
`
` Whether claims 1-15, 22, and 23 of U.S. Patent No. 8,838,949 are

`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Bauer and Svensson (and
`
`alternatively also Kim).
`
` Whether claims 16 and 17 of U.S. Patent No. 8,838,949 are
`
`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Bauer, Svensson, and Zhao
`
`(and alternatively also Kim).
`
` Whether claims 18-21 of U.S. Patent No. 8,838,949 are unpatentable
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Bauer, Svensson, and Lim (and
`
`alternatively also Kim).

`Respond to any arguments raised in the Patent Owner’s Response and
`
`Patent Owner’s Sur-Reply.

`Respond to issues specified by Patent Owner in its request for oral
`
`argument.

`Additionally, Petitioner reserves the right to address any arguments

`display possible demonstratives and/or exhibits. If this request for oral hearing is
`
`granted, Petitioner will direct its requests for audio-visual equipment to
