`1 This Order addresses the same issues in the inter partes reviews listed
`above. Therefore, we issue one Order to be filed in both cases. The parties,
`however, are not authorized to use this style of filing in subsequent papers.
`

`IPR2018-01553 (Patent 5,699,275)

`Patent Owner filed several consolidated papers and papers that do not
`
`contain the correct caption. IPR2018-01552 (Papers 12, 132, 14); IPR2018-
`
`01553 (Papers 12, 13, 14). We did not authorize the parties to file any
`
`consolidated papers. Moreover, the parties are to use the caption specified
`
`in the respective proceeding. See IPR2018-01552 (Paper 11, 9) and
`
`IPR2018-01553 (Paper 11, 8).
`
`Accordingly, the above identified Patent Owner papers shall be
`
`expunged from the record of these proceedings without prejudice to refile in
`
`accordance with this order. 37 C.F.R. § 42.7(a).
`
`It is
`
`ORDERED that Papers 12, 13, and 14 of IPR2018-01552 and
`
`Papers 12, 13, and 14 of IPR2018-01553 be expunged;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are to use the captions
`
`specified in the respective proceeding (IPR2018-01552 (Paper 11, 9) and
`
`IPR2018-01553 (Paper 11, 8));
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that combined papers and arguments are not
`
`authorized and shall not be filed; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to refile
`
`corrected versions of the expunged papers in compliance with this order no
`
`later than May 24, 2019.
