`EXHIBIT 1030 VIDEO FILE FOR PRIME’S PETITION FOR INTER
`PARTES REVIEW OF U.S. PATENT NO. 9,320,122
`UNDER 35 U.S.C. §§311-319 AND 37 C.F.R. 42.100 et seq.
`PRIME Wire & Cable, Inc. (hereinafter “PRIME”) submitted its petition for
`
`Case: IPR2018-1030
`Patent No.: 9,320,122
`
`
`
`
`
`Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 9,320,122 under 35 U.S.C. §§ 311-319 and
`
`37 C.F.R. 42.100 et seq. on Aug. 27, 2018. At the time of submission, the video
`
`file that defines Ex. 1030 failed to upload and as a result was not included in
`
`documents submitted and served on Respondents CANTIGNY Lighting Control,
`
`LLC and JASCO Products, Inc. Additionally, a printout of an email that was
`
`referenced to be included with Ex. 1057 failed to attach to the uploaded exhibit and
`
`as a result was also not included in the documents submitted and served on
`
`
`
`
`
`

`

`Respondents. That video file defining Ex. 1030 and the email printout referenced
`
`by Ex. 1057 is also now being uploaded and served on respondent. A filing date
`
`has not yet been accorded for PRIME’s petition and PRIME is not up against any 1
`
`year filing bars for at least six months. So, PRIME respectfully requests that its
`
`petition be accorded the filing date of the submission for Ex. 1030 and the
`
`inadvertently omitted part of Ex. 1057.
