`Granting Patent Owner’s Motion for Withdrawal of Counsel

`On July 1, 2019, pursuant to our authorization provided in an email
`dated June 28, 2019, Patent Owner filed a Motion for Withdrawal of back-up
`counsel Chad Ennis. Paper 31. Patent Owner represents that Petitioner does
`not oppose the motion. Id. at 1.
`Patent Owner indicates that it will continue to be represented by the
`lead counsel of record (Mr. Christopher L. Drymalla) and by back-up
`counsel of record (Mr. Patrick Connolly). Id.; see also Paper 7. Patent
`Owner has previously provided Power of Attorney for Mr. Christopher L.
`Drymalla and Mr. Patrick Connolly. Paper 6.
`Because Patent Owner has met our requirements for withdrawing
`counsel, the motion is granted.
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion is granted and Chad Ennis is
`permitted to withdraw as counsel for Patent Owner in this proceeding.
