`Petitioner Heineken N.V. requests a refund in the amount of $15,000.00 to

`be paid to Deposit Account No. 506092.

`On September 6, 2018, Petitioner filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review
`
`with the United States Patent & Trademark Office that was assigned case number
`
`IPR2018-01663. Petitioner sought review of claims 1-7 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`9,944,453. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a), Petitioner paid $30,500.00 to
`
`the USPTO at the time of filing its Petition as follows:
`
`• $15,500 (initial fee); and
`• $15,000 (post institution fee).
`On March 7, 2019, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board declined to institute an
`
`IPR trial in IPR2018-01663. Petitioner thus requests a refund of its $15,000 post-
`
`institution fee.
