`Patent Owner and Petitioners in IPR2018-01689 and IPR2018-01770 respectfully request roughly two-
`week extensions to four deadlines in both cases. The parties are available for an initial conference call
`(or separate conference calls, if appropriate) to discuss the proposed changes if the Board requires or
`requests one. The primary reasons for the changes are to align these dates in both cases while
`harmonizing deadlines with winter holidays.

`Patent Owner proposed the schedule changes. Petitioners in both cases also agreed with the changes.
`No party is seeking to show good cause to extend the time period under 35 U.S.C. § 316(a)(11) for a final
`written decision to issue no later than 1 year from the date of institution, nor to combine the hearings
`for the two cases.
