`Patent Owner respectfully requests permission to file a corrected Certificate of Service related to a
`recently-filed Patent Owner Preliminary Response. Petitioner does not oppose this request.
`
`On January 17, 2019, Patent Owner filed a Preliminary Response and Exhibits 2001 – 2020 in the above-
`captioned proceeding. Patent Owner also served the Preliminary Response and related Exhibits on
`counsel, but service was inadvertently made to the wrong counsel. The Certificate of Service attached to
`the Preliminary Response mistakenly identifies counsel in a related copending proceeding (IPR2018-
`01689), not counsel of record for IPR2018-01770.
`
`Patent Owner learned of the error the following day and immediately served the correct counsel with
`copies of the Preliminary Response and Exhibits 2001 – 2020. Patent Owner thus requests permission to
`correct the record by filing an updated Certificate of Service that reflects when service was made to the
`correct counsel. After a brief meet and confer, counsel stated that Petitioner does not oppose this
`request.

`Please advise whether Patent Owner may file a corrected Certificate. Alternatively, the parties can be
`available for a teleconference if necessary.
