`markets. Main responsibilities have included all technical and planning aspects of new product

`technical components of his responsibilities, in addition to technical design and execution,
`included final sign-off on freedom to practice reviews during concept phase through
`engineering, reviews of potential competitive intellectual property infringement, and overall
`category level intellectual property strategic planning.
