`Mr. Bowman has spent over 15 years in the Juvenile Products industry leading the development
`of core baby gear products such as strollers, car seats, and home products for US and Global
`markets. Main responsibilities have included all technical and planning aspects of new product
`development from initial concept through production as well as post-launch support. Relevant
`technical components of his responsibilities, in addition to technical design and execution,
`included final sign-off on freedom to practice reviews during concept phase through
`engineering, reviews of potential competitive intellectual property infringement, and overall
`category level intellectual property strategic planning.
