`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner LifeNet Health (“LifeNet”)

`amends its notice of the deposition of Michael C. Sherman in connection with
`
`IPR2019-00569 and IPR2019-00570. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1),
`
`the parties have agreed upon a date and time for the deposition, which will take
`
`place by video conference starting at 9:30 a.m. on March 19, 2020, at the offices of
`
`Regus, 5100 Poplar Avenue, 27th Floor, Memphis, Tennessee, 38137.
`
`The deposition will be recorded by stenographic as well as sound-and-visual
`
`means. The arrangements for the reporter and videographer will be made by
`
`counsel for LifeNet. Counsel for the parties will be able to attend the deposition
`
`by video conference, through a link to be provided by the court reporter.
