`I. BACKGROUND
`On March 27, 2019, with prior authorization, Petitioner filed
`Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, Designate New Lead Counsel,
`and New Back-up Counsel (“Motion” or “Mot.”). Paper 8.1
`Petitioner moves to withdraw Jeffrey E. Danley as lead counsel and
`substitute current backup counsel, Thomas A. Shewmake as new lead
`counsel. Mot. 2. Mr. Shewmake is a registered practitioner. Id. at 3.
`Petitioner also moves to designate Marc C. Levy (admitted pro hac vice) as
`backup counsel. Id. Petitioner attests that: “Withdrawal of Mr. Danley as
`counsel in this matter would not cause prejudice to the rights of Petitioner.”
`Id. Patent Owner does not oppose the Motion. Id.
`II. ORDER
`For the reasons given, it is:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw as Counsel,
`Designate New Lead Counsel, and New Back-up Counsel is granted in both
`proceedings captioned above.
