`Will you please tell the parties that the panels for these proceedings are not available on May 12, 2020 for oral
`hearing. We are available May 13, 2020, from 1 pm to 5 pm ET. If that date/time is not acceptable, the parties should
`meet and confer to propose several alternative hearing dates, as we directed in our previous email.

`Counsel:
`
`It is unclear whether the parties have meaningfully met and conferred on this scheduling issue. Regardless, the panel is
`not available April 29 – May 1, 2020, for a hearing. In light of this, the parties shall meet and confer to discuss the
`schedule and provide several alternative hearing dates that are mutually agreeable to the parties.
`
`We trust that the parties can reach an agreement on the schedule. If for some reason they cannot, the parties may request
`another conference call with the Board. In the email requesting the conference call, the parties shall each provide a
`proposed schedule to be discussed with the panel during the call.
`
`In view of the above, the call scheduled for today at 3 pm ET is canceled.

`
`Dear Trials,
`
`Patent Owner does not oppose moving the oral hearing date.  The currently scheduled Oral Hearing date of May 20th,
`2020 also presents a scheduling conflict for Patent Owner.  Patent Owner, however, does oppose the particular
`accelerated schedule presented by Petitioner and listed below.  That accelerated schedule is the only modification
`Petitioner has proposed or been willing to accept.
`
`In contrast, Patent Owner has provided 13 alternate dates for oral hearing – both before and after the May 20th Oral
`Hearing date set by the scheduling order.
`
`Respectfully,
