`It is unclear whether the parties have meaningfully met and conferred on this scheduling issue. Regardless, the panel is
`not available April 29 – May 1, 2020, for a hearing. In light of this, the parties shall meet and confer to discuss the

`2020 also presents a scheduling conflict for Patent Owner.  Patent Owner, however, does oppose the particular

`Petitioner has proposed or been willing to accept.
