`In addition to the related matters identified in the Petition, the ’120 patent is

`the subject of BlackBerry Ltd. v. Twitter, Inc., Case No. 2:19-cv-01444-GW-KS (CD
`
`Cal.) (filed February 27, 2019).
`
`On April 11, 2019, the district court entered its Corrected Final Ruling on
`
`Claim Construction/Markman Hearing (dated April 5, 2019) in the pending litigation
`
`between Petitioner and Patent Owner. (See Ex. 1020 at 9, 41-42.) The order contains
`
`rulings relating to the following term recited in the challenged claims:
`
`“notification.” (See Ex. 1020 at 41-42.) The order also memorializes the parties’
`
`agreement that no construction was necessary for the following term: “flag.” (See
`
`Ex. 1020 at 9.)
`
