`On December 3, 2019, Petitioner filed a Motion for Protective Order,
`requesting entry of the Board’s default Protective Order1 (Ex. 1022). Paper
`17 (“Motion” or “Mot.”). Petitioner asserts that Patent Owner and Petitioner
`“have agreed that the default Protective Order will govern the agreed-to
`voluntary discovery that Petitioner will produce.” Mot. 1.
`Petitioner requests entry of the Protective Order to seek protection for
`any material disclosed in connection with this proceeding that may reveal
`Petitioner’s confidential financial and business information. See id. at 2.
`After consideration of the Motion for Protective Order, we grant Petitioner’s
`request.
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion for Protective Order (Paper 17) is
`granted, and that the default Protective Order (Ex. 1022) is placed into
`effect.
