`Patent Owner filed an Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal of
`Counsel. Paper 6. The Motion seeks to withdraw James T.
`Carmichael, Kenneth J. Weatherwax, Patrick Maloney, and Jason C.
`Linger from the proceeding. Id. The Motion further requests to allow
`as counsel in the proceeding Jason Shapiro as Lead Counsel and
`Patrick Finnan, Mark DeBoy, Michael Ng, and Daniel Zaheer as
`back-up counsel. Patent Owner also filed an Updated Mandatory
`Notice identifying Jason Shapiro as Lead Counsel, and Patrick
`Finnan, Mark DeBoy, Michael Ng, and Daniel Zaheer as back-up
`counsel. Paper 8.
`It is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion for Withdrawal of
`Counsel is granted; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that James T. Carmichael, Kenneth J.
`Weatherwax, Patrick Maloney, and Jason C. Linger are withdrawn
`from this proceeding and no longer represent Patent Owner.
