`Patent Owner Uniloc 2017 LLC hereby requests oral argument in

`accordance with 37 C.F.R. §42.70 and pursuant to the Scheduling Order (Paper

`8) entered November 19, 2019. Patent Owner proposes no more than thirty (30)
`
`minutes per side. Under the unusual circumstances caused by the pandemic, Patent
`
`Owner requests that a videoconference be held in this matter so that the parties may
`
`participate remotely. Should the current restrictions due to COVID-19 be lifted by
`
`August 20, 2020, the scheduled date for oral argument, Patent Owner requests that
`
`oral argument be held at the Dallas, Texas, USPTO Regional Office.
