`Black Pad: Insert black medium sized pad on left side of
`client's spine just above the gluteus at the belt line.

`Red Pad: Insert red medium sized pad on right side of
`client's spine just above the gluteus at the belt line.

`Use elastic strap and secure pads by strapping them in
`place.
`
`Bring power up slowly to 2 on the output power knob.

`Treatment Tip
`
`If this is first time you are loosening this client be sure to
`guide them through the first tums to show them their
`stops are gone and they have FULL range of motion.
`
`To assist the client in turning put one hand on each of the
`clients shoulders and turn them to the right and left as far
`as they can go. Then let the client do 3 turns on their
`own.

`Hamstrings
`
`Medium Pads
`
`Left Cable: Place Black medium sized pad at top of cli(cid:173)
`ents left hamstring just under the gluteus maximus and
`secure with elastic strap. Place Red medium sized pad
`about two inches up from client's left knee and secure
`with elastic strap.

`Right Cable: Place Black medium sized pad at top of
`client's right hamstring just under the gluteus maximus
`and secure with elastic strap. Place Red medium sized
`pad about two inches up from client's right knee and se(cid:173)
`cure with elastic strap.
`
`Slowly bring power up to 2 on the output power knob.
`
`Have client bend over and touch their toes. If client does
`not touch toes the first time be sure to notice the change
`in range of motion and call their attention to it.
`
`Have client repeat bending forward touching their toes 4
`times and then tum power down to 0 and remove the
`pads. The client's legs are now very loose.
`

`clients left hipbone in the front just about belt line height.
`Place Red medium sized pad just right of client's hipbone

`client' right hip bone in the front just about belt line
`height. Place Red medium sized pad just right of client's
`hipbone in the back equal in height to front pad. Secure

`Bring power up slowly to 2 on the output power knob.

`Have client swivel hips slowly like they are doing the hula
`and repeat 4 times. Turn power down to 0 and remove
`the pads. The client's hips are now very loose.

`ent's left calf at thickest point and secure with elastic

`from client's left ankle and secure with elastic strap.

`client's right ankle and secure with elastic strap.

`Bring power up slowly to 2 on the output power knob.

`Have client bend over and touch their toes. If client does

`Push glutes to the rear, cross arms tightly to chest
`and bend over as to put forearms on quads. Do 5

`when at ear pull arm back as far as it will go.

`Have client repeat 4 times and then tum power down to
`o and remove the pads. The client's shoulders are now
`very loose.

`Left Cable: Place Black small sized pad on back of cli(cid:173)
`ent's head just below the hairline in the center and se(cid:173)
`cure around neck with an elastic strap. Place Red small
`sized pad on top of the client's left shoulder and hold in
`place.
`
`Right Cable: Place Red small sized pad on client's right
`shoulder and hold in place.
`
`Note: Do NOT use right black pad. Secure pin of
`black cable into center hole in right cable.
`
`Bring power up slowly to 2 on the output power knob.
`
`Have client turn head to (1) left as far as possible then to
`the (2) right (3) forward then (4) backward. Repeat 4
`times.
`
`Turn power down to 0 and take pads off the client's neck
`is now very loose.
`
