`I am currently a Senior Manager of Technology Promotion Group in the R&D

`Strategy Department of NTT DOCOMO in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan. I have worked at

`NTT DOCOMO for 26 years. As a part of my work, I am in charge of operations related
`
`to the publication of the NTT DOCOMO Technical Journal.

`Based on my review of NTT DOCOMO’s records:

`
`The English version of NTT DOCOMO Technical Journal has been
`
`published periodically, approximately every three months, starting in at least
`
`October 1999. Each published issue includes the month and year of publication
`
`on the cover when it is published.
`
`B.
`
`NTT DOCOMO also records each issue of the Journal by listing it on
`
`NTT DOCOMO’s publicly-available website, with a link to information including
`
`its date of publication (now
`
`https://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/english/corporate/technology/rd/technical_journal/b
`
`n; previously http://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/corporate/rd/journal_e/index_e.html). I
`
`understand that NTT DOCOMO has not taken any measures to prevent this
`
`website list from being searchable by search engines like Google.

`I have reviewed the attached cover pages for Vol. 1, No. 1 and Vol. 2, No. 3 of

`the English version of the Journal and the related website entries, which state they were
`
`published in October 1999 and December 2000, respectively. In the usual course of my

`work at NTT DOCOMO, I would understand that, as of these dates, these issues of the
`
`journal were published and available to the public.

`は通常業務において、当該日付までにジャーナルが発行され、一般公開されてい

`たと判断していた。
