`Petitioner Roku, Inc. (“Petitioner”) requests a refund of the $15,000 post-
`
`institution fee which was previously paid.
`
`On September 13, 2019, Petitioner filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review
`
`(IPR2019-01608) (Paper 2) with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S.
`
`Patent and Trademark Office. In accordance with the fee schedule specified in 37
`
`C.F.R. § 42.15 at that time, Petitioner submitted an electronic payment in the amount
`
`of $30,500, which included a $15,500 payment for the inter partes review request
`
`fee, and a $15,000 payment for the post-institution fee. On March 16, 2020, the
`
`Board denied institution of IPR2019-01608 (Paper 12).
`
`Accordingly, Petitioner requests a refund in the amount of $15,000 for the
`
`post-institution fee previously paid by Petitioner. The refund may be deposited in
`
`Deposit Account No. 08-1394 of Haynes and Boone, LLP under attorney reference
`
`number 48331.003US05.
