`During the consolidated oral hearing for these cases on February 10,
`2021, counsel for Petitioner requested the opportunity to submit additional
`briefing on the interpretation of the claim term “controller,” specifically,
`whether it must include a processor. Counsel for Patent Owner indicated
`that further briefing on this issue was not needed. Upon further
`consideration of counsel’s request, the Panel does not believe any further
`briefing on this issue would be helpful.
` Accordingly, counsel’s request for further briefing is DENIED.
