`(Paper 14), Petitioner Unified Patents LLC (“Petitioner”) respectfully submits this

`Request for Oral Argument for IPR No. IPR2019-01655. The Board has scheduled
`
`the oral hearing for December 17, 2020.
`
`Petitioner requests (without any intent to waive consideration of any issue not
`
`requested) a total of 60 minutes for Petitioner to address the following issues at the
`
`oral hearing for this IPR:
`
`• The unpatentability under pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. §103 of claims 1–3, 5–11 and
`
`13–20 of U.S. Patent 9,098,526 over Prust (US 6,735,623) and Major (WO
`
`02/052785);
`
`• The unpatentability under pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. §103 of claims 1–20 of U.S.
`
`Patent 9,098,526 over Chaganti (US 8,117,644) and Major (WO
`
`02/052785);
`
`• Any other issues raised in the parties’ papers, including issues raised in
`
`papers that may yet be filed, such as Motions to Exclude;
`
`• Any issues identified in Patent Owner’s Request for Oral Argument; and
`
`• Any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a final written
`
`decision.
