`Patent Owner filed a motion for admission pro hac vice of
`
`Mr. Maxwell Goss. Paper 6. The motion was accompanied by a declaration
`
`from Mr. Goss in support of the motion. Ex. 2001. Patent Owner states
`
`Petitioner does not oppose the motion. Paper 4, 1.
`
`Having reviewed the motions and declarations, we determine that
`
`Mr. Goss has sufficient qualifications to represent Patent Owner in this
`
`proceeding and that Patent Owner has shown good cause for admission pro
`
`hac vice of Mr. Goss. See Unified Patents, Inc. v. Parallel Iron, LLC,
`
`IPR2013-00639 (PTAB Oct. 15, 2013) (setting forth the requirements for
`
`pro hac vice admission) (Paper 7). Mr. Goss will be permitted to appear pro
`
`hac vice in this proceeding as back-up counsel only. See 37 C.F.R.
`
`§ 42.10(c).
`

`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motion for pro hac vice admission of
`
`Mr. Maxwell Goss is granted, and Mr. Goss is authorized to represent Patent
`
`Owner only as back-up counsel in this proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a
`
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in this proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Goss is to comply the Office Patent
`
`Trial Practice Guide (84 Fed. Reg. 64,280 (Nov. 21, 2019)), and the Board’s
`
`Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of
`
`Federal Regulations;
