`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Scheduling Order (IPR2020-

`00116, Paper 13; IPR2020-00147, Paper 11) dated May 14, 2020, Patent Owner
`
`Sucxess LLC (“Patent Owner”) respectfully requests oral argument in this
`
`proceeding. The date set for oral argument is February 11, 2021.
`
`Given the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, Patent Owner respectfully requests
`
`that oral argument take place remotely via videoconference.
`
`Patent Owner requests forty-five (45) minutes per side for combined oral
`
`argument in IPR2020-00116 and IPR2020-00147.
`
`The issues to be argued include:
`
`1. The patentability of the challenged claims;
`
`2. Any other issues raised in the Petition and the parties’ subsequent
`
`briefing;
`
`3. Any other issues that the Board deems necessary for issuing a final
`
`written decision.
