`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Scheduling Order dated May 14, 2020
`
`(Paper 13), Petitioner Dataspeed, Inc. requests oral argument on the issues raised in
`
`(1) the Petition, (2) Patent Owner’s Response, (3) Petitioner’s Reply to Patent
`
`Owner’s Response, (4) Patent Owner’s Sur-Reply and (5) all other issues raised by
`
`the parties prior to the scheduled oral hearing.
`
`Petitioner respectfully requests that the hearings in IPR2020-00116 and
`
`IPR2020-00147 be combined, with a party presenting their arguments regarding
`
`both proceedings simultaneously, followed by a hearing in IPR2020-00268.
`
`Petitioner also respectfully requests Petitioner that equal amounts of
`
`argument time be allocated to Petitioner and Patent Owner, and respectfully
`
`proposes 45 minutes per side of argument time in a combined proceeding
`
`involving IPR2020-00116 and IPR2020-00147 (or 30 minutes per side of argument
`
`time should the Board in its discretion choose to hear arguments in IPR2020-00116
`
`and IPR2020-00147 separately).
