`On October 1, 2020, the Board issued an Order (Paper 10) directing
`the parties to submit their requests for oral argument, if any, by
`October 22, 2020 (DUE DATE 4). On October 22, FedEx Corporation
`(“Petitioner”) filed a contingent request for oral argument, in which
`Petitioner “contingently requests oral argument only if: (a) Patent Owner
`requests oral argument, and (b) the Board grants Patent Owner’s request
`under the circumstances.” Paper 13, 2. Flectere LLC (“Patent Owner”) has
`not filed a request for oral argument. Under these circumstances, we cancel
`oral argument in this case (tentatively scheduled for March 30, 2021). See
`Papers 9, 10.
`In addition, as explained in our October 1, 2020, Order (Paper 10),
`based on the parties’ actions (or inactions) to date in this case, there is no
`present basis for additional briefing relating to the Petition (Paper 1), for
`briefing relating to amendment of the challenged patent (U.S. Patent
`No. 6,415,284 B1), or for briefing relating to motions to exclude evidence.
`Accordingly, this case shall advance to final written decision on the
`present record under 35 U.S.C. § 318(a).
`It is SO ORDERED.
