`Patent Owner Cytonome/ST, LLC hereby submits this request for a 30-day extension of the due date to submit its
`preliminary response in the above-captioned IPR proceedings. Patent Owner makes this request pursuant to guidance
`received from the PTAB’s Administrative Staff in light of the Patent Office’s notice of April 28, 2020 (“Notice of Extended
`Waiver of Patent-Related Timing Deadlines under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act and Other
`Relief Available to Patent Applicants and Patentees”). All attorneys representing Patent Owner in this proceeding are
`located in San Antonio and Houston and the COVID-19 outbreak has materially interfered with their preparation of the
`preliminary responses in these proceedings at least because of attorney office closures (and the ensuing disruptions
`associated with these closures, such as inaccessibility of files), as well as the unavailability of childcare for certain
`attorneys. Thus, Patent Owner respectfully requests that the current deadline of May 21, 2020 be extended by 30 days
`to June 20, 2020.
