`Wall Sheathing Seam Tape
`
`Perm-A-Barrier Wall Seam Tape is made to seal joints and openings in sheathing. Overall, the tape is 3O-mils
`thick. Most of the thickness (27 mils) is rubberized asphalt adhesive. The remaining 3 mils is cross laminated
`polyethylene film. It has a coated paper release sheet. Rolls are four or six inches wide and 100 feet long.
`
`The tape can be applied to sheathing joints, small openings and around windows and doors. Avoid unsupported
`spans more than 1/4 inch. Nails, screws and staples can be installed through the tape. Like most caulk, Perm-A-
`Barrier Wall Seam Tape should be placed on a clean, dry surface that is above 25 degrees F.
