`
`You can de ib in the first time resolvePlayAlias flres, which wil be far the anal
`
` Se
`
`But if you have te create the smi at that point, Im not sure iF that can work. The cHent miahh timeout walking for one thing.
`
`
`
`
`
`Nichard, thanks for the ovick reply. Ok, lean make sure the SMIL fle is created before the request comes in, but whet about the second
`part of my question: resolving paths inskie of the SMIL fils? In the past, Ive always had all the bitrates in the same location. How does
`afias resolving work internally within a SMIL file an the Wowza end?
`
`
`
`-Robert
`
`
`
`As far as how you address « Mle in the srl, norma relative paths as you are doing. Your first hem assumes there is a subfolder named
`“SOMOT aloneskie the smii fle. Rernember that path is part of streammnanse.
`
`After you resolve Ehe smil, the items in the actual smi wit also be allaged, processed one at time in resolvePlayAtlas.
`
`Richard
`
`
`
`Thanks again, Richard. So would the same be true for virtual paths? T already have sore symbalic Inks working on sy Windows server
`that makes 3 “previews” reference ge to a specific location. If I had “previews/MI2HT/video. mos” in a SMIL fe, would the alias resolve
`properly?
`
`
`
`think so, should work.
